Day 1: Arrival Delhi
The company representatives will receive you on arrival at the international airport in Delhi late in the night. Transfer and check-in to your hotel.
Delhi, the erstwhile capital of 8 empires and now the capital of India with all the evidences of its glorious past intact along with the present. It is the kaleidoscope of the ancient, medieval and modern culture of India.
Overnight at Delhi.
Day 2: Delhi
Breakfast will be at the hotel. Proceed for a full-day tour of Old and New Delhi.
Old Delhi - A sightseeing tour of Old Delhi includes the Raj Ghat, Jama Masjid and Red Fort.
Enjoy a cycle rickshaw ride from Jama Masjid to Chandini Chowk.
New Delhi - A sightseeing tour of New Delhi includes a visit to the Humayun's Tomb and Qutub Minar. A drive along the ceremonial avenue, Rajpath past the imposing India Gate, Parliament House, the President's Residence would end at the Diplomatic Enclave.
In the evening, see the Dances Of India Show. Overnight will be at Delhi.
Day 3: Delhi - Agra
By Road: 201 km in 4 hr
Early breakfast in hotel. Proceed for Agra en-route visiting Sikandra, the Tomb of Akbar.
Check in at hotel.
Agra: Akbar built the Agra Fort in 1565 AD, there establishing it as his capital. Akbar and Shah Jahan changed the entire village of Agra and transformed it into a wonderful city with some of the grand edifices. Today, Agra is famous all over the world for the Taj Mahal. The modern city of Agra remains in background amidst the crowd of the marvelous Mughal heritage.
Visit Taj Mahal, a "symbol of eternal love", Agra Fort and Itmad-ud-Daulla's Tomb, popularly known as the Baby Taj with English Speaking Guide. Enjoy a ride in the battery-run van.
Return to hotel and relax in the evening. Overnight will be at Agra.
Day 4: Agra - Jaipur
By Road: 221 km in 6 hr
Breakfast will be at the hotel. Proceed to Jaipur en-route visiting Fatehpur Sikri.
Fatehpur Sikri - Emperor Akbar built it as his capital city in the late 16th century. Built of red sandstone, the fort looks like poetry on stone. But it was abandoned after the completion of the city due to scarcity of water.
Also visit the Buland Darwaza, the largest gateway in the world.
Jaipur - Sawai Jai Singh II ascended the Amber throne in 1699 AD and initiated the work of constructing the city in 1727 AD, which was completed in 1731 AD. Jaipur has managed to preserve the character and history of the old city. Popularly known as the Pink City, painted in honor of the visit of the Prince of Wales. Jaipur is abundant with fascinating forts, pleasing palaces, terrific temples and luxurious gardens.
Proceed to Jaipur and check in at hotel. Overnight will be at Jaipur.
Day 5: Jaipur
Breakfast at hotel.
Proceed for excursion to Amber Fort in the outskirts of Jaipur. Go up to the fort riding on the Elephant back. Man Singh I initiated the construction of the Amber Fort in 1592 AD and completed by his descendent Jai Singh I.
Proceed for sightseeing of the city of Jaipur. Visit the City Palace, Jantar Mantar and Hawa Mahal.
Evening at leisure or explore the city. Overnight will be at Jaipur.
Day 6: Jaipur - Delhi
By Road: 260 km in 5 hr
After leisurely breakfast proceed for shopping.
Leave for Delhi after lunch. Reach Delhi and enjoy a farewell dinner. You will be transferred to airport to catch a flight for onward destination.
