DAY 01: KATHMANDU – POKHARA
BY FLIGHT

You will be met on arrival at the Pokhara airport by our representatives and transferred to the hotel.

Reach Pokhra, transfer to the hotel, refresh & relax with the spectacular panorama of Annapurna range forming the backdrop.

Pokhra is a remarkable place of natural beauty. Situated at an altitude of 827m from the sea level and 200km west of Katmandu valley, the city is known as a center of adventure.

The rare combination of snow-clad peaks and snow fed lakes and rivers has helped to make the valley of Pokhara (210kms/131 miles from Kathmandu) one of the most picturesque natural attractions in the kingdom. It is located virtually in the geographical center of Nepal. Located on the main road between Kathmandu and Bhairawa, there may be no other place in the world from where Great Himalayas peaks can be admired from such a close distance. The Bindhyavasani Temple on its well-kept platform overlooks a modest amusement park.

Phewa Lake, skirted by a large numbers of unpretentious lodges and simple restaurants, is the most congenial spot for visitors. Enjoy boat ride at the lake.

DAY 02: POKHARA – PHEDI
BY ROAD IN 40 MINUTES

PHEDI – DHAMPUS
4 HOURS TREK

After an early breakfast drive to Phedi, you will be passing through Naudanda and Lumle, whilst on clear day, and you can see the awesome view of Annapurna & Manaslu range. Phedi is a small town, which is one of the gateways to the Annapurna region. From Phedi, you will forward to Dhampus.

The journey to Dhampus Village, one of the paradises of Nepal, begins from Phedi village. From here one trek alongside beautiful views of golden rice terraces and the vast expanse of the Annapurna Mountain range. This climb to Dhampus continues through magnificent rhododendron forests nesting various species of birds to the village of Chandrakot, inhabited by the warm-hearted and hospitable Gurung people.


Dhampus is also a gateway for Annapurna Conservation Area. The place also serves as one of the main entry points to Annapurna Base Camp and to other trekking trails of Annapurna. In terms of climbing technicalities, it is an easy mountain to ascend. The overwhelming altitude differences between the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges make Dhampus Peak a very vantage spot to observe the mountains with Tukuche Peak (6920m) and Dhaulagiri (8167m) spectacularly close to you.


When you emerge from the forest and reach Dhampus, you will be able to marvel at exceptional view of the massive Mt. Machhapuchhre. Popularly known as Fishtail Mountain (6900m) for its peak resemble the shape of fish’s tail. From Dhampus one can also grab the exceptional views of Pokhara and the scenery gets even better as the sun goes down.


The small village comprises of enormous beauty of mountains, friendly Gurung people, a small lake from where one can get the reflection of Fishtail, temples, flowers, mustard field, birds and many more.

Our five hours trek ends here.

Retire early for the day.

Overnight will be at the hotel.

DAY 03: DHAMPUS – SARANGKOT
5 – 6 HOURS TREK

After an early breakfast start your trek towards Sarangkot.

This is a 1,600m high hill situated on the northern shore of Phewa lake. On the way to Sarangkot you'll pass through Schima-Catonopsis forest and there is a lot of opportunity to watch birds.

On reaching the hill, you can a tower on the top of the hill from where you can view the Pokhara Valley and also the wide range of Annapurna. You can also see Phewa Lake and its tributaries. It's advisable to stay a night there and watch the sunshine in the morning and sunset in the evening.

Overnight will be at the hotel.

DAY 04: SARANGKOT – POKHARA
2 – 3 HOURS WALK

Take the best sunrise view in the morning.

Enjoy breakfast in the hotel and then trek down to Pokhara.

Reach Pokhara. Relax.

After lunch, start exploring the city by driving to the Begnas Lake & Rupa Lake located 15 Km from Pokhra divided by a forested hillock called Panchabhaiya Danda, offering the perfect nature retreat with their relative seclusion.

End your trip by visiting the Tibetan Monastery.

Overnight will be at Pokhara.

DAY 05: POKHARA – KATHMANDU
BY FLIGHT

After breakfast proceed to the airport to board the flight to Kathmandu and depart with sweet memories of the tour.
